FLUID FILTER SERVICE

Every manufacturer has a different service interval, but every machine should have a completed fluid-filter service at least once per year! Routine maintenance ensures top performance and extends the life of your equipment. We keep oil and filters in stock to minimize your down time.

WATER SELECTOR​ REPAIR

Responsible for turning the pressurized water on and off, the water selector valve can wear down over time causing a loss in pressure or the inability shut-off water flow completely. If so, it’s time to rebuild. We keep rebuild kits and replacement parts for most hydro jetters in stock. Repair or replace yours ASAP for optimum performance.

PUMP REPAIRS

Water leaking from the pump head, pulsing water, or low water pressure, are signs that can indicate your pump needs service and/or repair. We stock the most common O-ring and pump rebuild kits to get you back working without significant delay.

ACTUATOR ADJUSTMENT

If your actuator is not adjusted properly, your motor may not run at full rpm, or your water may not turn on/off completely. We have even dealt with where the actuator can cause error codes on computer-controlled machines. We keep actuator inventory for you if necessary, but usually an adjustment is all that is needed for top performance.

FITTING REPLACEMENT

Leaking and corroded fittings can cause pressure loss or even injury. We stock various sizes for most makes and models. Replacement is a quick and easy fix to keep your investment safe and maintain top performance.

NOZZLE OVERHAULS

If your nozzle is not spinning freely, or feels gritty when rotated, it’s likely time for a rebuild. Keeping your nozzles in good working order makes your jetting job fast and efficient. We have many kits in stock and the various fluids needed to fix them.
