• I don't see my jetter brand listed on your site. Will you still service or repair it? Absolutely. We service any and all things jetter-related.
• How long will my repair take? We minimize downtime by stocking and preordering parts. However, if we need longer than 24 hours for a repair we will contact you.
• How much will my repair cost? As part of our promise to provide great service at a great price, we will provide you with a detailed estimate upfront. No surprises.
• When is my bill due? Payment is expected at the time of pick up.
• What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
• Is there a warranty on my repair? Yes, we offer a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
• Can I drop off or pick up my repairs outside of business hours? Yes, by appointment only. Please contact us to make arrangements.
• Do you do on-site repairs? Currently all servicing and repairs are handled in-shop at our Cleveland, Ohio location.
